This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules for using the AICOMMI service at aicommi.com (the "Service"), operated by HONGKONG TBCC INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED. This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service at aicommi.com/terms. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy.

The Service is designed to help you communicate genuinely with real people across supported social networks, communities, media, and online platforms. It is not a tool for spam. You are responsible for using it responsibly, lawfully, and in line with the rules of the platforms you interact with.

1. General rules

When you use the Service, you must:

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you interact with;
• communicate in a genuine, relevant, and honest way; and
• respect the rights and privacy of the people you contact or interact with.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service to:

• send unsolicited bulk or repetitive messaging that violates applicable law or the rules of the platform you are messaging on;
• distribute spam, scams, phishing, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive content;
• post or send content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
• harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate any person, or distribute hateful content directed at people on the basis of protected characteristics;
• distribute malware, viruses, or malicious links, or attempt to compromise the security of any system or account;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• infringe the intellectual-property rights of others;
• create, distribute, or facilitate sexual content involving minors, or any other content that exploits or endangers children — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities;
• collect, harvest, or misuse other people's personal data in violation of applicable law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service, or attempt to circumvent any limits, security, or access controls of the Service.

3. Your accounts and your conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you create and send and for activity carried out through third-party accounts you connect to or use with the Service.

Where AICOMMI performs an action through an account you have connected and authorised, you remain the account holder and are responsible for using that platform in accordance with its rules and applicable law.

The availability and method of account connection may differ between platforms.

4. Content standards

Content you send, publish, or prepare for placement through the Service should be genuine, relevant to the audience you are contacting, and not misleading. You should not misrepresent who you are or the nature of what you are offering.

5. Enforcement

If you breach this Policy, we may — depending on the severity — issue a warning, restrict or suspend features, or suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Where required by law, we may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this Policy, please report it to support@aicommi.com.
