Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HONGKONG TBCC INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the AICOMMI service at aicommi.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Our registered office is at Unit 04, 7/F, Bright Way Tower, No. 33 Mong Kok Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Data we collect

Account data. When you register, we collect your email address, your chosen sign-in method (for example email/password or a third-party login), and basic profile information necessary to create and secure your account.

Connected platform data. When you connect an account from a supported third-party platform, we may create and store the authorisation information or session needed to provide the features you request. The exact data accessed depends on the platform, the connection method, and the feature you use.

For Telegram features, this may include a stored authorisation session that allows the Service to perform actions you request from your Telegram account, such as joining a chat, publishing a comment, or sending a message.

We access connected-platform data only as needed to provide the features you use. We do not sell data obtained from your connected accounts, and we do not use private communications from connected accounts for purposes unrelated to operating the Service at your direction.

Content and campaign data. We store messages, target lists, campaigns, content, destinations, and related settings that you create or provide in order to operate the Service and display relevant statistics to you.

Payment and billing data. When paid features are used, we may process information relating to balance top-ups, promotional balance, charges for delivered messages, refunds, transaction identifiers, and billing history. Payment credentials may be collected and processed directly by our third-party payment provider. We do not need to store full payment card details where payment processing is handled by that provider.

Usage and technical data. We collect technical information generated by your use of the Service, such as IP address, device and browser information, log data, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Service functioning. See Section 8.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

3. Legal bases (for users in the EEA and the UK)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service), your consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

Supported destinations or platform categories presented by AICOMMI may include Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitch, Discord, Media & News, and Blogs & Forums. The data exchanged with any particular third party depends on the functionality actually used and the integration available for that platform.

5. International transfers

The Company is established in Hong Kong, and our hosting infrastructure is located in the European Union. Your data may therefore be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including jurisdictions in which our payment and other service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information by law, including payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, tax, or transaction records, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and associated data directly from your account settings, or contact us at support@aicommi.com to exercise your rights. Where supported, you may also disconnect a connected third-party account, which removes or invalidates the stored authorisation information or session used by AICOMMI, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, including to keep you signed in and to maintain the security and integrity of your session. Without these cookies, core parts of the Service will not function.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@aicommi.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

12. Contact
